If you are starting from scratch (i.e. no idea what career would suit you), then this is the ideal option for you. We’ll cover:
- Your personal circumstances,
- Preferred working environment type,
- The values you place on your wellbeing in the workplace,
are all taken into account and used as part of your coaching process.
Together we’ll look at your motivations for change, your skills and abilities you’ll be able to take with you to your new career, test your attitudes to further study or training and build a plan of action you can take forward.
At the end of our time together, you will have a clearer idea of the relevant options open to you and how to progress your career journey.

Job Search Package – One/Two sessions
WHO IS THIS FOR?
“I need a job. I need help with CV’s, covering letters, sources of vacancies and interviews etc.”
You may already have the ideal career in mind. You may have already done your homework and just need that extra support to get you across the line to secure your ideal role.
With this option I’ll help you
- Find appropriate vacancies including via the hidden job market
- Identify your strengths and transferable skills
- Customise your CVs, covering letters and application forms
- Consider if LinkedIn is appropriate for you
- Support you with Interview techniques and how to prepare for questions. Also, strategies for dealing with nerves.
- Investigate what qualifications and training that may be required
- Discover further sources of relevant information related to your chosen career path.

Career Coaching Progression Package – One/Two Sessions
WHO IS THIS FOR?
“I’m already in a career I love. But how do I move up the ladder? What do I need to do to get noticed, progress and how”?
You may already be in your ideal career. However, are you now stuck and unsure how to move forward?
Through coaching, we’ll explore
- What you can do to get noticed.
- Who do you need to connect with and how to approach them for support?
- Where can you find out what’s happening in your occupation.
- What are the current trends and developments you need to take into account?
And of course, we’ll also look at how you can convert this knowledge into information that gives you an edge over your peers.
You’ll end up with a solid workable action plan that you’ll be able to use to move forward from your current position, one that you’ll be able to use throughout your career.

How do I work?
For any of my services I will have an initial discussion with you by phone or Google Meet/Zoom to determine your requirements and explain in more detail exactly how I work.
If you require the Career Discovery Coaching package, I find it useful to get you to complete a series of questionnaires (don’t worry, they don’t take long) so I can gain as much of a complete picture of you as possible without taking up too much discussion time. I then evaluate the responses which we will then discuss and use as a platform to decide how you wish to progress further.
Outcomes
Ultimately the objective is that you will find moving on in your career a much more manageable, controllable, and satisfying experience.
At the end of this process, you will have
- A clearer idea of where you are now and where you need to be.
- A greater understanding of your strengths and transferable skills
- The tools required to successfully secure your next role e.g. sources of vacancies, CV creation, interview support etc.
- Career information and labour market statistics where relevant.
- A detailed breakdown of what else you will need to successfully achieve your career goal e.g. further study, training etc.
- A clear plan of action so you know exactly what you need to do and by when.
